The Rise And Fall

Well after tommorrow morning everyone will most probably be blogging away about the game... So before everyone does... I might as well do now....

PORTUGAL.. FORCA PORTUGAL..

My brave heroes have fallen... And they fell hard.... Overall im proud to be a Portugal fan and people may make fun of us... But hey if you knew that it has been a while since Portugal entered the semi's (Eusebio's 66').. you would understand how much it meant for us to be in the semi's... The France game was down to luck and the Germany game was fair but both games Portugal's finishing touches let us off.... Pauleta has just lost it.. seriously... Nuno.. you the man....

From the start of the tournament i've always disagreed with the 4-5-1 strategy played by the Portugese.. Leaving Pauleta on his own... And you could see the teams playing the 4-4-2 really could have beat us... Netherlands for example... England.. But when it came down to teams playing the same tactic... it was even or good... the France game for example... 4-5-1 vs 4-5-1.. How we pushed to get a goal back and just how unlucky we were... then it came down to Germany... And without a doubt the 4-4-2 beat us....

Anyway this is a tribute to Team Portugal.... May We take Euro 08' by storm...

Figo.. Thanks for the years of beautiful football... You And Rui Costa are the reasons im a Portugal fan.... God Speed...

Ronaldo... Go to Madrid.. As much as My Man Utd would be at a lost... It will be good for your career and mostly for Portugal...
